Our Danville, California Hotel - FAQs
Q: What is the pet policy?
A: BW Danville in select pet friendly rooms, specifically our exterior corridor building. These accommodations must be reserved in advance. There is a nightly pet fee of $15.00 dollars per pet. Pets must never be left unattended in the guest room, even if they are crated. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the guest room.
Q: Where can I go to work out?
A: Although we do not have a fitness facility on premises, we do have an active membership with Danville Fitness 19. Danville Fitness 19 is located at 101 Town & County Drive, Suite A, Danville, CA 94526.
Q: Do you offer AAA, Military, or Senior Discounts?
A: Although we do not have specific discount rates for these segments, we can always check for the best available rate when you call to book.
Q: How far is Downtown Danville?
A: Downtown Danville is approximately 1 mile from the hotel, via San Ramon Valley Blvd, or by walking the Iron Horse Trail. There are many shops and restaurants.
Q: How far is the Iron Horse Trail?
A: Access to the Iron House Trail can be found just one block away at the intersection of Sycamore Valley Road & Camino Ramon. The trail runs for more that 10 miles in either direction, North to Concord, or South to Pleasanton.
Q: Do you have a shuttle service?
A: No, but many guests use the Yellow Start Cab Co for local taxi service. They can be reached at 925-444-4440.
Q: Do you have a pool or spa?
A: We do not have a spa, but we have a small pool which is heated.
Q: Do you have rollaway beds?
A: We do not have rollaway beds, but we do have aerobeds and pack-n-plays for children.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A: Yes, we have a nice buffet breakfast weekdays from 6:30am to 9:30am and weekends from 7:00am to 10:00am.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: For reservations booked directly with the hotel, you can cancel without charge up to 4:00pm of arrival day. Failure to cancel a reservation which results in a No-show, will result in a one night charge. If you have booked with a third party site, such as Expedia, you will be subject to their cancellation policies. Please read all information and policies when booking online.
